Facebook Advertising Manager

The Facebook Advertising Manager works to create and optimize Facebook Ad campaigns for dealer-customers in the Automotive, Powersports, Marine and RV Spaces. The Manager works closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure campaign success. The Advertising Manager is also responsible for ensuring compliance and best practices are utilized for each advertising platform utilized by maintaining ongoing education and a direct relationship with our contacts at applicable advertising platforms.

Core Responsibilities

  • Create B2C Facebook Ad campaigns for dealerships
  • Build lead generation and retargeting campaigns that drive sales opportunities for dealerships
  • Create Target audiences by vertical leveraging 1st and 3rd party data to meet campaign goals
  • Close communication and monitoring of delivering ads throughout the advertising period to meet or exceed deliverables of monthly averages
  • Ensure Facebook ads and reporting are delivered on time to meet the client expectations
  • Provide conversion-focused ad creative direction and optimize ad copy based on data
  • Work closely with account management and development to stay on top of Facebook Advertising changes and improve the LotVantage product offering
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as required

Ideal Skill Set

PHP Developer

This role is typically an in-office position in our Tampa office. However, remote positions are possible for the right candidates.

Role Requirements

  • 2+ years of previous working experience as a PHP / Laravel developer
  • In depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP and Laravel 5 PHP Framework
  • Hands on experience with SQL schema design, REST API design
  • Experience with Software testing (PHPUnit)
  • Strong understanding of OOP and TDD concepts
  • Familiarity with modern libraries and frameworks. ie: Vuejs, Bootstrap, jQuery, etc
  • Expertise in developing highly scalable and performant web applications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

New software development:

  • Write efficient, reusable code to accomplish tasks dictated by stakeholders and prioritized and approved by department heads.
  • Utilize PSR-2 and our variant PSR-TU coding standards
  • Utilize Laravel, Lumen, Vue.js, PHP7/5 for any new projects as dictated by needs and team agreement
  • Follow test-driven-development best practices as defined within the team

Maintain & improve existing software:

  • Work in Trax, Laravel or other frameworks depending on scope
  • Add programmatic testing wherever possible

Other Responsibilities

  • Be present for scheduled SCRUMs to discuss sprints, projects, tasks & tickets
  • Utilize Slack (chat service) for internal daily communications
  • Interact with Development, Product, and Support department heads as needed to complete assigned tasks

Business Development Manager

The primary responsibility of this position is to establish specialized Dealership, Reseller and Dealer Group relationships driving growth of dealership sales, service, and marketing solutions to clients in the Automotive, Powersports, Marine, and RV verticals. S/he identifies qualified targets, defines the value propositions and presents these unique proposals to the customers for review and determination of best paths forward. This position increases revenue for an established book of business for LotVantage, both upselling current clients and identifying new clients. This position requires at least two years of experience in a business development role and/or research and development role.

  • Engagement / Sale of new Dealership, Reseller, and Dealer Group relationships with LotVantage
  • Identifying new revenue streams in order to achieve short-term and long-term growth and retention objectives

User Experience (UX) Designer

The UX Designer will be involved in designing modern and functional user interfaces to aid in website, application, and marketing design demands. They should have an in-depth knowledge of graphic design, HTML5, CSS, modern UX / UI trends, and experience in helping execute and plan projects from conception to production. This can include, but isn’t limited to: websites building, contact form building, application interface design and final-cleanup, marketing material input, and project planning. Ultimately, this role is responsible for proposing, designing, presenting and helping program the latest and greatest in UX design to the company for any of our customer-facing platforms.

Account Manager

This position will help grow revenue by supporting and educating users on the marketplaces we support. Focused on driving customer engagement, retention and usage of our digital marketing services.
A dedicated account manager nurtures customers, not only through the onboarding process – but answering questions, training users, and driving adoption across all services. Our role is to act as a consultant to the dealership, understanding their needs and expectations so we can help them utilize the service correctly, and execute on their marketing goals. We want them to understand the service, use the service and love LotVantage!

Core Responsibilities

  • Provides a timely response to incoming tasks generated from customer & partner inquiries.
  • Monitor & engage accounts & customers for low activity & assist with invoicing tasks.
  • Provides interactive training/onboarding of LotVantage platform with customers over the phone/web.
  • Collaborates with reseller Director & leadership to develop customer engagement planning & implementation across new & existing accounts.
  • Builds rapport with customers by explaining product & service capabilities & how they can maximize the benefits.

Enterprise Account Manager

Job Role: Enterprise Account Manager

Reports to: Director of Account Management

Position located in Tampa, FL. *Primarily remote due to coronavirus-related market adjustments. Minimal travel required.

Job ResponsibilitiesThe Enterprise Account Manager functions as a brand ambassador by building strategic and long-lasting relationships with existing and new enterprise clients. This individual is responsible for ensuring account satisfaction, the brand’s evangelism within their executive team, and for maintaining steady adoption and effective Brand Manager utilization. Their role is critical to retaining our brand partners and growing revenue for brands under contract. S/he is a team player who supports the Social Media Ops team with the onboarding, marketing configuration, strategic considerations, and monthly/quarterly reporting, and driving ad and ancillary service revenue. As a brand ambassador, s/he consistently represents their brands in a positive light, helps to raise brand awareness, and provides stakeholders (brand and internal at ThumbStopper) with confidence in our partnership and the brand’s product assortment.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Regular (10+/year) focused, analytical calls and/or in-person meetings with brand contacts that use professional visual aids and metrics to underscore our value proposition and collaboratively work on roadmap product offerings.
  • Identify and offer brand up-sell opportunities and present new programs, including paid advertising, where applicable. Ensures account growth is not stagnant or shrinking, based on gross monthly SaaS revenue, dealer growth & adoption, and/or ad spend.
  • Support clients’ executive meetings; generally, by creating polished supporting documentation and ROI numbers for annual contract renewal discussions and/or relevant executive or national sales meetings.

Provide advice on best-in-class social media optimization and content syndication, with emphasis on understanding each brand’s product mix and digital marketing goals and budget across their distributor network.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Brand Manager Support

  • Work with Director of Account Management for new client onboarding including marketing, training, trade show attendance, and webinars, as appropriate.
  • Minimum of 1 monthly call with main POC (10+/year) at each assigned Brand Manager account.
  • Deliver Quarterly reporting and strategy overviews with Director of Account Management.
  • Create and configure accounts within the ThumbStopper system that subscribe to our Brand Manager and OEM partners.
  • Upsell opportunities discussed at each meeting, including – but not limited to – paid FB/IG advertising, GMB, Pulse app.
  • Phone support (inbound and outbound) to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Understand and follow documented SOP’s related to each Brand Manager partner for proper account configuration.
  • Maintain 4+/5 star rating on quarterly client surveys with primary brand contact.

Dealer Participation (at brand-level only)

  • Open discussions with existing OEM relationships for increased dealer network penetration; generally, this involves working with the Account Success Lead.

Social Advertising Support

  • Monthly dealer-level and brand-level advertising reports, including co-op filing processes, as necessary.

Daily Requirements:

  • Contribute a minimum of 40 working hours per week
    • Standard hours 8:00am-5:00pm; 1-hour lunch.
    • Notify management via approved communications if leaving early or arriving late
  • Participate in scheduled meeting(s) to discuss department priorities.
  • Proactive interaction with teammates across departments, including those in sales, advertising, marketing, and management divisions. 

Additional responsibilities, as required, including marketing support, administrative assistance, account management, and support ticket management.
