Position located in Tampa, FL., but may be remote, in-office or hybrid.  When safe to do so, some travel required.

Job Summary  

ThumbStopper, a wholly owned subsidiary of That’s Us Technologies LLC (“That’s Us”), is the focus of That’s Us’ current growth endeavors.  ThumbStopper is the international leader in its industry, and we’re pleased to have an eNPS score of 82.  We’re currently searching for a Corporate Recruiter to help the continued growth efforts of ThumbStopper.  If you’re dedicated and ambitious, That’s Us is an excellent place for you to grow you career.  This position will be responsible for the day-to-day functions of full cycle Recruiting for That’s Us and its subsidiaries.  This role may support Human Resources as needed.  Maintaining confidentiality is of the utmost importance in this role.  

Job Duties / Responsibilities 
  • Work with hiring managers to fully understand the scope of the roles for which you’re recruiting 
  • Create job announcements that list requirements for each job, such as desired work experience, education, and job skills
  • Research, Create, and maintain Job Descriptions as approved by department heads for individual roles within the organization as well as roles for which we’re currently recruiting 
  • Locate qualified, potential applicants by sourcing on LinkedIn and posting open roles on online job posting boards
  • Communicate with potential applicants by phone, email, or in person
  • Screen resumes for appropriate experience & qualifications and then screen interview candidates for various positions within our organization
  • Apply principles of behavioral interviewing to assess the qualifications of candidates
  • Investigate referrals, references, etc. to formulate a well-rounded view of applicants
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with colleges and local organizations 
  • Participate in job fairs or networking events
  • Prepare attracting hiring packages and communicate with selected applicants to make an initial offer of employment, work with Hiring Manager/HR on any salary negotiations to finalize offers
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment-related laws and regulations and recommended best practices
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as required
Required Skills/Abilities
  • Significant Recruiting experience for an organization strongly preferred
  • Willingness to use warm or cold methods to recruit and/or research potential candidates
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Social Media applications 
  • Possess a professional, courteous demeanor over the phone/web calls and in person
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google drive, or other related software
  • Have a professional public image, including on social media
  • Excellent verbal & written communications skills, interpersonal, especially the ability to network and establish professional relationships
  • Ability to travel within the U.S. to attend job fairs and networking events
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize in a demanding, fast-paced environment with deadlines
  • Organized w/ attention to detail, excellent time management skills and task prioritization 
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
Daily Requirements
  • Contribute a minimum of 40 working hours per week, excluding lunch/breaks
  • Participate in scheduled meeting(s) to discuss department priorities
  • Professional interaction with all executives, department heads, and team members including sales, advertising, management, and executives
Education / Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 4+ Years of Experience in Recruiting, preferably internally for an organization, or similar role
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged Periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
